Your first UK Shopify shop
Choose a product, check the numbers and get a small stocked-product shop ready for customers.

Ask about the last time.
- DO THIS
- Speak to five people who fit your intended customer. Ask how they last solved the problem, what they paid and what was frustrating.
- AN EXAMPLE
- “When did you last buy a gift like this? What did you choose?”
- CHECK THE RESULT
- Record actual behaviour separately from compliments. Decide what evidence you need before spending money.
The path through it.
- Choose a customer and a focused product
- Test the demand before buying stock
- Calculate margin and a sensible cash budget
- Check the business and product requirements
- Build clear product pages and your shop
- Set delivery, returns and contact information
- Test payment, notifications and fulfilment
- Prepare your first-customer campaign
- Install and test a useful stock alert
- Review actual orders, costs and customer feedback
For straightforward stocked products. Food, cosmetics, electrical goods, toys, dropshipping and international fulfilment need separate specialist guidance.
What you need before starting.
A product you can legally supply, time to test demand, a realistic stock budget and your own Shopify account. Flow is available on Basic and higher listed plans; your shop subscription is separate.
Every full step combines a practical action, an example and a check. The guide helps you work through the process; it cannot guarantee customers, earnings or business success.
Free alternatives include official platform documentation and workflow templates. The paid value is the complete sequence, editable assets, worked tests and product-specific troubleshooting.
Try the free tools first.
Plain answers.
No surprises.
What is free and what do I pay for?
Ideas, public samples and practical tools are free. Full setup guides and automation kits are separate, one-off purchases when released. Preview products cannot be purchased.
Will I need other accounts or subscriptions?
Yes, for some paths. A shop needs its own Shopify subscription. The enquiry kit needs your own Make and form/sheet accounts. Plan limits, usage and provider prices apply separately; check them before buying. No AI key is needed for the first two core workflows.
Can I install it myself?
That is the goal: copy, connect, test. You connect your own accounts, run a fictional example and compare the result. New kits stay in preview until fresh-account installation and unfamiliar-user checks pass. A workflow file alone is not a one-click installation.
Who owns my accounts and information?
You do. Your customer information and connections stay in the platforms you choose. WorthStarting does not need your platform passwords or AI API keys. You can pause or remove a workflow in your own account.
What about support, updates and refunds?
Each released product states what is included before payment. Existing cleaning buyers keep their purchased content and free pack updates. Our separate 14-day money-back promise and your statutory rights remain. See refunds and cancellation and terms of sale.
